 input fields are required for the QCT form at product scope.

 I believe the behavior was implemented in comment:11:ticket:569. The
 hidden form fields are used so that //default// values are properly set
 when tickets are created from the QCT. It might be the case that we
 shouldn't pass these values when posting to the //newticket// form since
 they should be set when the form loads.
