#803: Documentation on per-product permission

I do not see any documentation about how to do this, and when I try (with
version 0.7) it does not work. I am trying to use the UI provided at
/products/<prefix>/admin/general/perm
I have a multitude of projects set up and would like to ensure that when
users visit the dashboard, they only see the products they are allowed to
see.
