not get the {{{.active}}} class. The Wiki tab will get LI.active. This
sorta makes sense as we're on the TracRepositoryAdmin page but the tab
behaviour may appear 'broken'.
The issue is being addressed more generally in trac:#6724. I'll test a
solution for Bloodhound concurrently as the patch in that ticket is
refined.
