I confirm this, WikiStart contains this text:

[/admin/ticket/versions Versions] or [/admin/ticket/milestones Milestones]
(admin permissions required).

On the {{{/wiki/WikiStart}}} page, the links to Components, Versions and
Milestones are wrong.
On the {{{/products/%40/wiki/WikiStart}}} page, the link to Products is
wrong.
