#853: Milestone hyperlink links to path that doesn't exist

1.) Navigate to the Dashboard of a particular product.
2.) Click on a Milestone hyperlink under the Milestone column. Note that
the URL is http://hostname/bloodhound/milestone/Release 1.
3.) You'll be greeted with an Errors: Not Found page since the URL points
to a page that doesn't exist.
