#856: Update bh_core README with superuser creation

We probably need some basic wording around adding a superuser. At the
moment it may only be required for the admin pages but adding of
superusers and users is going to be necessary soon.
It should be something along the lines of `python manage.py
createsuperuser` but should be put in the current example style for
running python commands.
