> I didn't notice this logic, can you help describe it? When do rereplicate, if foundOpenFragments = true, it goto deferLedgerLockRelease(). The ledger would be fenced. And then wait openLedgerRereplicationGracePeriod(default 30s) to trigger rereplicate again.
