### Motivation | step | `BK client 1` | `BK client 2` | | --- | --- | --- | | 1 | create ledger `1` | | 2 | | open ledger `1` | | 3 | | delete ledger `1` | | 4 | write data to ledger `1` | At the step `4`, the write should fail, but it succeeds.
