**QUESTION** In ReadEntryProcessorV3, the entry ByteBuf is converted to ByteString by ByteString#copyFrom, Appearently copy is not suitable for a high performance requirement. I mean why not use UnsafeByteOperation here, this seems reduce a unnecessary copy action.
