Daniel Spiewak resolved BUILDR-294.
-----------------------------------

    Resolution: Fixed

Fixed in r799413. This was actually a symptom of a potentially much more
serious problem with my JRuby native `system` hack. I'm surprised that it
hadn't manifested previously.

> I haven't gotten it down to an exact science yet, but there do seem to be
> situations where the :compiler task can succeed with a Scala project even
> when the compiler itself has failed (compiler error). I'm using FSC.
