1. Make the API to set up resolution of artifacts pluggable.
2. Support more than 1 mechanism for resolution of artifacts for different
types of repositories.
Use for example a type of repository where resolution is made from a central
index, and one where resolution is derived from the artifact definition, with a
different path creation.
The long term goal is to support p2 repositories, which are custom made
artifact repositories for Eclipse.
