Use the Aether library to provide the following optional features:
* Resolve Transitive Dependencies for an artifact(s)
* Create a dependency file, with support to exclude dependencies and lock a
dependency to a specific version.
* Lock dependencies based on the dependency file
* Generate a Maven POM based on a Buildr project
* Create & deploy a Maven friendly artifact based on a Buildr project
* Read a Maven POM to get a list of dependencies
