It looks like the move to IO.copy_stream in [this Ruby
commit|https://github.com/ruby/ruby/commit/b386b25aac3ce3a372d1c7ff601e2d737932be5a]
is the source of the break. This means "buildr upload" is broken with Ruby
2.0.0 and later.
