Using the same sample buildfile as in BUILDR-734 to generate Eclipse IDE
project files fails as follows:

Commenting out any instructions to build a ZIP archive and just generating the
WAR/JAR instead makes the problem disappear, although that's clearly not a
reasonable work-around that developers should be expected to use.
