A quick debug printing shows that (at least in what I saw) the missing blob is the third element of [digests](https://github.com/apache/buildstream/blob/master/src/buildstream/_artifactcache.py#L396), which is `artifact_proto.high_diversity_meta`. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
