We already make use of `buildbox-run --capabilities`, although so far only for optional aspects. If necessary, we could even list a critical bugfix as a 'capability'. A version check for buildbox-fuse may make sense in buildbox-casd's `FuseStager`. We'll have to make sure that it's fatal, though (not falling back to hardlinks), and BuildStream can inform the user in a reasonable way.
