I think this might need some new limit in addition to max-jobs. There should be a *global limit* (limited by cores) and a per-sandbox-limit (which translates to memory usage). Not all builds can parallelize arbitrarily but those that do may result in running of memory on especially larger runners. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
