 Review comment:
   I agree, will make modifications:
   1. move `implementSemiJoin` to EnumerableHashJoin
   2. rename `BuiltInMethod.JOIN` to `BuiltInMethod.HASH_JOIN`, 
`BuiltInMethod.SEMI_JOIN` to `BuiltInMethod.HASH_SEMI_JOIN`.
