I suggest someone (@F21 ?) tries the scripts without Docker first, then we decide what to do with `docker.sh`. As for me, Docker helps for website generation since Ruby gems do not install on my machine. However, the release itself is just two commands (`./gradlew prepareVote -Prc=1 -Pasf` and `./gradlew publishDist -Prc=1`), so `docker.sh` might probably be simplified.
