Allows dialects to specify their strategy for escaping quotes in identifiers. Currently BigQuery is the only dialect that doesn't use `` or '', instead using \` to escape ` in identifiers. The logic is copied directly from literalEscapedQuoteString. Note that this fixes only the SQL generation side of the BigQuery quoting – we need to wait for the Avatica upgrade (CALCITE-4762) that will include julianhyde/calcite-avatica@f575ca8 in order to fix SQL parsing for \` in BigQuery. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
