This is because I reused the code which handle 'order by clause' of
MATCH_RECOGNIZE while
[MATCH_RECOGNIZE](https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/CALCITE-1646)
implementation does not support 'null_last' or 'null_first' yet.
I didn't pay attention to this point before. Thanks for your reminder.
I would correct this point at next commit of this pr, maybe it would also
update the behavior of MATCH_RECOGNIZE.
