   During the installation procedure we are warning a user that the fallback 
procedure is switching from `OLM` to regular operator (#2112). I wonder if we 
should instead ask the user if she/he want to proceed or stop the installation 
process (if the user want to install via OLM, he may need to install the 
framework before proceeding).
   
   I think we can add wait for the user to provide a y/n input and proceed. If 
we go in that direction we should introduce a `-y` option in order to skip that 
check and assume yes that will be helpful for integration tests or other 
automatic installation procedures.
