Updates: @djencks/antora-source-watch to fix bug with single branches in playbook @djencks/asciidoctor-antora-indexer and @djencks/asciidoctor-jsonpath to allow json content-as functionality when constructing tables. These are needed for https://github.com/apache/camel-quarkus/issues/3396 Update indexer indexPage configuration for camel-kaka-connector to use local rather than playbook configuration: this avoids some warnings during local builds. This uses the preparation from https://github.com/apache/camel-kafka-connector/pull/1298 and https://github.com/apache/camel-kafka-connector/pull/1299.
