I rebased this PR to `main`. I can locally run tests with external derby via docker in **JVM** mode Native mode fails with ``` ERROR [io.qua.run.Application] (main) Failed to start application (with profile prod): ERROR 08006: Insufficient data while reading from the network - expected a minimum of 6 bytes and received only 0 bytes.
