   So the `DebeziumMongodbTestResource` is initialized only once in 
`DebeziumMongodbTest` ? 
   
   Tests are executed in below order ?
    + testReceiveInit
    + testInsert
    + testUpdate
    + testDelete
   
   And showing a warning instead of throwing a RuntimeException would make it 
possible to run some of latter tests ?
