Making page `Contributing to Camel K` up to date. Following changes were
mage:
- Updated the GitHub project structure.
- Updated the link to golangci-lint.
- Removed the section on checks using pre-commit.
- Updated the image name.
- Added a section for examples.
- Updated instructions on how to run the example.
- Made various small formatting changes.
