Hmm this is alpha software so we may have trouble maintaining it since this
code change change as it would not be stable yet. Also do you know why these
have different versions numbers than otel in general ?
And since its alpha then we would appreciate if you can keep eye on this and
ensure that in the future that camel would work with this, and you can send PRs
in the future to keep this up to date and working with changes coming in newer
versions from otel.
