It helps to detect the issues with dependency indeterminism but does not catch all of them. The effort of @jamesnetherton aims at solving this problem properly by creating a superapp depending on all extensions and running the enforcer there. @jamesnetherton it looks like check-dependency-convergence.yml is taking all extensions and ignores some known problems.
