Adds tests for [camel infra command](https://camel.apache.org/manual/camel-jbang.html#_infrastructure). The tests are somewhat simple due to the behavior of the command. Since `camel infra run` needs to run in the background and its output is difficult (not impossible, but the tests have been very flaky when doing so) to capture (not impossible, but the tests have been very flaky when doing so) with the testing module, the options to make assertions are limited. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
