   The change is detected but mentioned as not requirig a reload:
   
   ```
   INFO  [io.qua.dep.dev.RuntimeUpdatesProcessor] (Timer-0) Files changed but 
restart not needed - notified extensions in: 0.001s
   ```
   
   Note that it is working fine when using Camel JBang.
