Hey folks. I have analyzed this problem deeply during last weeks and I think I found a possible solution that fix this specific problem without breaking the original design. The fix is available in https://github.com/apache/camel/pull/20720, so, when this is merged you can verify if the problem described here still exists or not. In theory, once that is merged, any vertx internal span (or any other generated by any tooling) is going to be considered as the root span from where Camel span will continue.
