jamesnetherton opened a new issue, #8188:
URL: https://github.com/apache/camel-quarkus/issues/8188

Since `lz4-java` is defined in `cassandra-quarkus-bom` it gets reported as a
conflicting 'BOM overlap' since 1.3.1:

   https://github.com/datastax/cassandra-quarkus/blob/main/bom/pom.xml#L63-L68

When the overlap warning is suppressed, `lz4-java` is then added to
`camel-quarkus-bom` as `<optional>true</optional>`. Which is not desirable for
us.

For now, I can fix these issues in CQ. Ideally we need `cassandra-quarkus`
to upgrade to Quarkus 3.31 and remove `lz4-java` from `cassandra-quarkus-bom`.
I had a quick attempt at doing this and it did not seem trivial at first glance.
