### Description
We should introduce Semeru JDK CE testing. There is already Github action
available.

Semeru JDK as supported distribution
The lazy way of doing it would be to copy what we did for the JDK 25 build:
https://github.com/apache/camel-quarkus/blob/main/.github/workflows/jdk25-build.yaml
And just update the Java distribution in the actions/setup-java parts.
