I realised after https://github.com/apache/camel-quarkus/pull/8262 that it's not enough to check if JFR is available in the tests. `CamelJfrRecorder` eagerly creates and starts `FlightRecorderStartupStepRecorder` on startup which would still make the tests fail. So we need a way to suppress the configuration of `FlightRecorderStartupStepRecorder`. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
