`camel-telemetry` is related to tracing exclusively, we don't collect any metric. If you are meaning to include it in the metrics exposed when using `camel-opentelemetry-metrics` (https://camel.apache.org/components/next/opentelemetry-metrics-component.html), then, it would be a different thing to do.
