I updated the PR to use `--wait` with a different phase target if `--dont-run-after-build` is passed as this seems to make more sense. This avoids the odd scenario that a user passes `--dont-run-after-build` and `--wait` and gets stuck (granted, this is only if they don't read the `--help`). -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
