   ### Bug description

   This is happening on 3.39.1 (Quarkus platform). I found this problem when
I'm overriding the management port via:
   ```
   quarkus.management.port=8080
   ...
   timer-to-log-default-quarkus-756b4f9d66-4p97m integration 2026-09-10
   $ k exec -it timer-to-log-default-quarkus-756b4f9d66-4p97m -- curl
http://127.0.0.1:8080/q/health
   {
       "status": "UP",
       "checks": [
   ...
   ```
   It seems a repeatable pattern, as it always hits the jackpot only on the 4th
call. I tested changing the variable to other ports and it worked correctly.
I've also tested against older version (3.38.1) and I can reproduce the issue.
