A Spring-style `logging.level.root=WARN` in application.properties, which people and models write from memory, broke the CLI's log layout, and `--logging-level` did not win over it. The root level is applied through the CLI's own logging setup and the flag wins. Tests: manual `camel run` check (root level applied, flag wins). 2 files.
