`camel_eval_expression` returned `{{x}}` literally and failed on `?:`;
property placeholders are resolved before the expression is evaluated.
Tests: `EvalLanguageDevConsoleTest`. 2 files.
Found while benchmarking a local model against the Camel MCP server
(CAMEL-24698); the run-by-run history stays on a local bench branch.
