Two of the YAML examples in the EIP documentation did not validate after #26354, #26351 and #26355: the `saga` example wrote `option` as a map where it is a list, and the `stop` example's two `when` branches had no predicate, while the Java and XML examples on the same page have them. Both copies (the source page and the generated catalog copy) are changed. With these two, all 290 YAML examples of the EIP documentation pass the YAML validator (checked with the validator against every `[source,yaml]` block of the pages on main).
