Follow-up to CAMEL-24695 (the shared authoring tools, merged as 15bce971): the commit that was on the feature branch after the merge, re-applied on main. - Optional arguments on the shared authoring tools, with a test that every argument of the MCP wrappers is required exactly when the shared descriptor says so (the Quarkus server rejects a call that omits an argument declared required, so an optional argument with a documented default must not be required). - Blank arguments are left out so the tool default applies (a blank `kind` means auto-detect, not "a kind called nothing"). - `camel_run` defaults: the name from the directory, the directory from the selected integration. Tests: `AuthoringToolsTest` (core and mcp), `IntegrationLauncherTest`, `DiagnoseToolsTest`. 5 files. Found while benchmarking a local model against the Camel MCP server (CAMEL-24698).
