Rebased onto current `main` (`760cf484`) to clear a conflict with the `camel-seda` entry that landed at the end of the 4.23 upgrade guide. All six commits replayed; the four reviewed source files are byte-identical to the pre-rebase head and the module suite is green (28 tests). @davsclaus this also carries everything from the review round — the `Message` overload for `negativeAcknowledge`, the nack ahead of the exception handler, the `allowManualAcknowledgement` test, and the `updateExchange` upgrade-guide entry @gnodet-bot asked for. _Claude Code on behalf of oscerd_ -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
