Documents how to list and download files with the `/q/download` management
endpoint in `platform-http-main.adoc` (and the mirrored catalog copy):
- Without a file name, `/q/download` lists only route source files (e.g.
`*.camel.yaml`)
- `?classpath=true` also lists classpath resources
- An Ant-style pattern as the file name filters the list (e.g.
`/q/download/*.properties?classpath=true`)
- `Accept: text/html` returns the list as links
- `/q/download/{name}` resolves from the classpath first, so unlisted
classpath files can still be downloaded
The `classpath=true` option was not documented anywhere, which caused a user
question about why the listing only showed route files.
