Fixes [CAMEL-25117](https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/CAMEL-25117). The Spring XML `<camelContext>` factory bean and the JAXB XML route dumper had several small configuration bugs. **camel-core-xml / camel-spring-xml** 1. `<routeController supervising="false"/>` no longer enables the supervising route controller. 2. The Spring namespace handler now passes on the context-level `resilience4jConfiguration`, `faultToleranceConfiguration`, `defaultResilience4jConfiguration` and `defaultFaultToleranceConfiguration`. The `faultToleranceConfiguration` element had the wrong JAXB type, which is fixed in `camel-spring.xsd` as well. 3. `<streamCaching enabled>` now turns stream caching on or off for the context when the `streamCache` attribute is not set. The strategy is no longer forced enabled; the context enables it when stream caching is in use. 4. `<streamCaching bufferSize>` and `<jmxAgent mbeanServerDefaultDomain>` are now applied. 5. The `<propertyPlaceholder>` (and custom registry) is set up before the type converter and health check options, so those attributes can use placeholders. 6. A `spoolRules` reference that cannot be found now fails instead of being ignored. 7. A `BacklogTracer` bean is registered as a context plugin, as camel-main does. 8. `retriesExhaustedLogLevel` and `retryAttemptedLogLevel` on `<redeliveryPolicyProfile>` support property placeholders. 9. `GlobalSSLContextParametersSupplier` and `CamelContextCustomizer` beans are picked up, as camel-main does. **camel-xml-jaxb** 10. When dumping with `sourceLocation=true`, the source locations are included even if debugging is not enabled. This also covers the re-dump after resolving placeholders, which now uses the JAXB dumper itself. **Not changed** - The JAXB dumper's `setLocalProperties(null)` already pops the local properties it pushed. - Several beans that camel-main configures are not configured by the Spring XML `<camelContext>`: vault configurations, StartupStepRecorder, CliConnectorFactory, VariableRepositoryFactory, BacklogDebugger and ExchangeFactory. They can be added separately if needed. **Tests** - New Spring XML tests, which fail without the fix: - `SpringCamelContextConfigurationTest` - `SpringCamelContextPropertyPlaceholderTest` - `SpringResilienceConfigurationTest` - `SpringStreamCachingSpoolRuleNotFoundTest` - `JMXAgentPropertiesTest#testMBeanServerDefaultDomain` - New `JaxbDumpModelAsXmlSourceLocationTest` in camel-core, which also fails without the fix. - `SpringStreamCachingStrategyTest` now asserts the configured `bufferSize` of 2048. - The full camel-spring-xml suite passes: 1164 tests, 0 failures.
