@gnodet, thanks for the review and for the background on the key interning. I ran the modules the description said I hadn't tested, locally on the PR head (40c4a973e). The upstream modules were built from this branch with `-am install`, so the tests used the changed `camel-util`: - **camel-netty-http**, whole module: 274 tests, 0 failures, 0 errors, 8 skipped. This includes `NettyHttpHeaderCaseTest`, `NettyHttpHeadersTest`, `NettyHttpProducerHeadersTest`, `NettyHttpHeaderFilterStrategy*Test` and `NettyHttpFilterCamelHeadersTest`. - **camel-cxf**, all test suites of every sub-module: `camel-cxf-rest` 49, `camel-cxf-transport` 14, `camel-cxf-soap` 166 (2 skipped), `camel-cxf-spring-transport` 23, `camel-cxf-spring-soap` 161 (3 skipped), `camel-cxf-spring-rest` 111. 0 failures, 0 errors. `camel-cxf-common`, where `CxfHeaderHelper` lives, has no tests of its own; `CxfHeaderHelperTest` and the header-filter tests are in the transport modules and are included above. I've taken the PR out of draft. The full CI build still has to run.
