[CAMEL-25131](https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/CAMEL-25131) Message headers are case-insensitive, so a Camel header can be named `Camel*`, `camel*`, `CAMEL*` or any other case. A few places checked for Camel headers with a case-sensitive `key.startsWith("Camel")`. They now use `StringHelper.startsWithIgnoreCase(key, "Camel")`, as `DefaultHeaderFilterStrategy` already does: - camel-tracing: `CamelHeadersInjectAdapter`, `CamelMessagingHeadersInjectAdapter` - camel-telemetry: `CamelHeadersSpanContextPropagationInjector`, `CamelJMSHeadersSpanContextPropagationInjector` - camel-netty-http: `DefaultNettyHttpBinding.copyCamelHeaders`, `NettyHttpProducer.removeCamelHeaders` - camel-support: `DefaultExchangeHolder`, for the log level of headers that cannot be serialized Spotted while reviewing #26931 (CAMEL-25051). Tests: the inject adapters of camel-tracing and camel-telemetry skip `CamelFoo`, `camelFoo`, `CAMELFOO` and `CaMeLfoo`. `DefaultNettyHttpBindingCamelHeadersTest` copies the Camel headers in any case. _Claude Code on behalf of davsclaus_ 🤖 Generated with [Claude Code](https://claude.com/claude-code) -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
