Clean single-property bump, all checks green. One thing I checked specifically, since this is the first Citrus bump since #3063 landed: #3063 fixed `aws-ddb-sink-delete-item-test` by escaping the quotes in its JSON payload, because Citrus' `JBangSupport` passes each system property to Camel JBang as `-D%s="%s"` — a body with bare `"` arrives mangled. That fix depends on 5.0.x keeping that behaviour. It does.
