This is not something we can adapt in Camel code. The `NoSuchMethodError: 'long java.lang.Thread.threadId()'` is thrown from inside GraalPy itself: `Thread.threadId()` only exists since JDK 19, and GraalPy 25.3+ calls it. Nothing in `camel-python3` / `camel-javascript` calls it. Verified locally (`-Dgraalvm-version=...`, enforcer off like the CI JDK 17 job): | GraalVM | JDK | camel-python3 | camel-javascript | |---|---|---|---| | 25.4.4.1.1 | 17 | fails (`Thread.threadId()`) | passes | | 25.4.4.1.1 | 25 | passes | - | | 25.3.4.1 | 17 | fails (`Thread.threadId()`) | - | | 25.2.4 (current) | 17 | passes | passes | So 25.2.4 is the last GraalVM version compatible with our JDK 17 runtime support. Splitting the version (keep GraalPy at 25.2.4, move GraalJS forward) is not an option as Truffle languages must share the same polyglot/truffle version. Closing this; the upgrade is tracked in https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/CAMEL-25146 and will be done once JDK 17 support is dropped. _Claude Code on behalf of davsclaus_ -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
