   [CAMEL-25196](https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/CAMEL-25196)

The Source tab of the TUI links a `to`/`toD`/`wireTap` line to the route
that consumes the endpoint, and a `from` line back to its callers; `g` opens a
go-to-route popup. YAML routes had this, and Java routes since CAMEL-25192
(#27133). XML routes had none: the route index scanned YAML and Java files
only, although XML files are Camel sources there.

   - `XmlRouteScanner` reads Camel XML files with a stream reader (StAX, no
DTD, no external entities, nothing loaded). It collects the `from` of each
route and what the route sends to, with their lines: `to`, `toD`, `wireTap`,
`enrich` and `pollEnrich` (a `uri` attribute, or a `<constant>` child), and the
`case`/`otherwise` of a switch. A file that is not well-formed while being
edited keeps what was read up to there.
   - XML routes link to and from the YAML and Java routes of the folder.
`scheme://x` and `scheme:x` link alike, in XML as in Java.
   - The records of a scanned route move from `JavaRouteScanner` to a small
`ScannedRoute`, shared by the Java and XML scanners.
   - The Source tab help says the links work for YAML, XML and Java.

   ### Tests

   - `XmlRouteScannerTest`: routes, steps and lines (switch, enrich with a
constant, wireTap, toD), not well-formed input, a DTD with an external entity.
   - `SourceTabJumpLinksTest`: an XML route linking to a YAML route and back.
   - camel-jbang-plugin-tui: 1437 tests.
