An implicitly converted CXF payload can reach Saxon as either a SAXSource or
a DOMSource containing the document element. The DOM form selects a different
stylesheet entry context, which can bypass a template matching `/` and produce
unwrapped text instead of the expected XML document.

Normalize implicitly converted document-root DOM elements after
source-handler dispatch. This also covers Saxon's fallback path, which can
return a DOMSource without invoking the superclass conversion method. Explicit
Source bodies and source-expression results retain their selected-node
semantics; nested and detached elements, streaming sources, systemId and the
original DOM are preserved.

The change includes deterministic regressions for the direct conversion and
subclass fallback paths, compatibility controls, and an upgrade note for custom
implicit converters that intentionally select element context.

   Validation:

   - Focused regression and compatibility suite: 18/18 pass with the patched
upstream handler and the 4.22 adaptation; four regression cases fail on the
unpatched baseline. The upstream handler was compiled and tested against cached
product dependencies, not a complete upstream reactor.
   - Unchanged reproducer on the productized 4.22 stack: baseline fails in 5/10
fresh JVMs; patched version passes 20/20 JVMs and 200 XML structure/value
checks.
   - Full camel-xslt module source rebuild with an isolated build descriptor:
18/18 focused tests pass against the installed JAR. TNB then passes three fresh
application deployments and 30 transformations, with the patched JAR verified
inside each application.
   - Repository formatter and import-sort checks pass. Runtime validation used
JDK 25.

Full upstream Maven validation remains outstanding: the local environment
lacks `camel-buildtools:4.23.0-SNAPSHOT`. An Apache CAMEL issue has not yet
been linked. This PR is a draft pending upstream validation and review.
